How a job runs

   You call or send the form

   Tell us the rooms, roughly how big, and whether it is a condo or a house. We give you a ballpark on the phone.

2. 2

   We measure, with samples

   An installer comes to measure and brings samples, so you choose the floor in your own light.

3. 3

   Written quote the next day

   Every line priced: removal, levelling, flooring, baseboard, disposal, plus HST.

4. 4

   Install and clean up

   Old floor out, low spots levelled, new floor in, trim on, the place swept and the debris gone.

Much of North York lives in condo towers, and condo jobs come with rules: the board approves the product, the underlay has to meet the building's sound rating, and the elevator and work hours are booked through management.

Who installs your floor

We're a crew of five installers. Mostafa, the most senior, has been laying floors since about 2014, and the others started in 2016 and 2017. The installer who measures your floor is part of the crew that lays it, so the quote is written by someone who knows how your job will go down.

One thing we don't do: cap and cove, where the flooring runs about six inches up the wall in place of a baseboard. If that's what you need, we're not the right call.
